It's not because I'm french myself that I like her a lot. I like her because she's cute and also looking mature enough (classy ?) 'cause there are other historines who also are very cute (Austria-Hungary for example).
And after asking what was the name of this historine, ~Svip said their names were the country they respectively represent. So France is France (which is actually a name here, not only the country name).

All of Svip's historines are pretty nice, but I think I agree with you about France.
I didn't know that "France" was also a person's name, though I remember a meeting a girl from Canada once with the name of France-Ann.
